The UNESCO property The Causses and the Cévennes, Mediterranean agro-pastoral Cultural Landscape was inscribed on the World Heritage List for its universal and exceptional value in 2011 after nearly two decades of collective work. Agro-pastoral cultural landscapes thus form a heritage produced by centuries-old traditions.
